Liberty P. has extensive experience in project management and business analysis, currently serving as a Project Manager and Senior Technical Requirements/Business Analyst at Insignia Federal Group since October 2018. Responsibilities include leading requirements for the Department of Defense's Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program Portal Technical Refresh project and the CDC's Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System project. Previously, Liberty P. worked at ICF from February 2012 to October 2018, where contributions involved supporting diverse projects in the Commercial Energy Division and serving as a business analyst for HUD Rental Assistance Quality Control Studies.
