Susan May

Susan May (nee Rennie) currently serves as the Head of Financial Crime Operations at Insignia Financial since October 2020, leading a team focused on Transaction Monitoring, Name Screening, and Customer Due Diligence. Prior to this role, Susan was the Head of Management Assurance Services at National Australia Bank from March 2012 to October 2020, overseeing Financial Crime, Business Continuity, Reporting, and Line 1 controls assurance. Earlier in her career, Susan held various management positions within Operations, Change, Control, and Risk at Credit Suisse from April 1994 to September 2011. Susan's product experience encompasses Securities, Foreign Exchange, Loans, and OTC Derivatives, and educational background includes studies at The Appleton from 1981 to 1986.
