Faheem Alam

Faheem Alam is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at INSIGNIA Shoes | Apparel since January 2025. Prior to this role, Faheem held various positions at Stylo Pvt Ltd, including Senior Manager of HR Retail Operations from July 2021 to April 2025, Team Lead for Compensation and Benefits from January 2019 to January 2020, and Assistant Manager of HR as well as Senior Executive of HR from June 2007 to July 2013. Faheem Alam holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Institute of Administrative Sciences at the University of the Punjab, Lahore, completed between 2016 and 2018.
