Monty K. has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 as an Assistant E-Marketing Manager at Hewlett-Packard. In 2007, they became an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and worked there until 2008. Monty then joined Amazon.co.uk as a Buyer & In-stock Manager from 2009 to 2011. Monty then moved to Procter & Gamble and served as a Marketing & Sales Strategy & Planning Manager from 2011 to 2012. Monty then spent two years at Avon as a Key Account Manager from 2012 to 2014. After Avon, they worked at Nemotec as a Key Account Manager from 2014 to 2018. Most recently, they joined Insikt AI in 2018 and currently holds the role of Business Development Manager.

Monty K. started their education journey in 2003 when they enrolled at Kingston University. Monty pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and successfully completed it in 2006.

In 2008, Monty K. furthered their education by joining Universidad Francisco de Vitoria to pursue a Master's degree in Management Strategy and Leadership. Monty completed this program in 2009.

Monty K. then decided to explore the field of psychology and enrolled at Ramnarain Ruia College - Mumbai in 2010. Monty pursued a Diploma in Psychology of Selling and completed it in 2013.

To enhance their knowledge and skills in sales and marketing, Monty K. attended several short courses. In 2015, they completed a course in Teaching English as a Foreign Language at Canterbery, and the same year, they also completed a course in Online Positioning at FSC-CCOO, which focused on e-commerce.

In recent years, Monty K. has continued to update their expertise in sales and marketing. In 2019, they completed a course in Sales Management at Formación Cámara de Comercio de Madrid. In 2020, they completed a course in Communication and Customer Loyalty, which emphasized selling skills and sales operations. Finally, in 2021, they completed a course in Psychology Applied to Sales at Formación Cámara de Comercio de Madrid, further enhancing their knowledge in general sales, merchandising, and related marketing operations.
