Kimberly Yatchak has held a variety of roles in the technology and business fields over the past two decades. In 1999, they worked as a Student Employee/Secretary for the Business Department at Lansing Community College. From 2002 to 2006, they were an Administrative Assistant/Day-to-Day Business Operations at Spadafore Distributing Company. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Systems Administrator at Kent Beverage Company, where they were the primary IT support contact for all systems administration responsibilities, including analyzing, designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing networks, software, and hardware. From 2011 to 2016, they were an IT Communications Specialist at ODL, Inc., where they were the primary IT support for over 400+ users global wide for all hardware, software, peripherals, AV equipment, and cellular devices. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been a Client Support Specialist at InsITe Business Solutions, Inc.

Kimberly Yatchak began their educational journey in 1994 at Waverly High School, where they earned their High School Diploma in General Studies in 1998. Kimberly then attended Lansing Community College from 1999 to 2002, earning an Associates Degree in Computer Networking. Finally, they attended Davenport University from 2002 to 2006, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BA) with a focus in Computer Networking MCSE/CNE.
