Rebecca Holmquist

Rebecca Holmquist, AIA, NCARB, currently serves as a Project Architect at InSite Consulting Architects (ICA) since November 2024 and has held the same role at EUA from March 2022 to November 2024. Holmquist has been an active member of various professional organizations including Preservation Action, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and the American Institute of Architects (AIA) since August 2017. Additionally, Holmquist serves as a Landmarks Commissioner for the City of Monona Landmarks Commission since May 2015 and is involved with several preservation-related groups such as the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions, and Docomomo US. Holmquist has held the position of Board President at the Frost Woods Homes Association since April 2008. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Architecture with a focus on Historic Preservation from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Portland State University.
