Paul Brown

Paul oversees development for the InSite properties.

Paul brings nearly 17 years of construction management experience and a team of more than 40 construction and development professionals to InSite.

After beginning his career at CW Driver, Paul founded his own development firm and became a partner at iStorage, collectively delivering over 10,000,000 square feet of self storage assets to the market and helping to drive the $630,000,000 sale of iStorage in 2016.

He lives in Del Mar with his wife, four children, and their puppy.
