Rachel Banks

Rachel Banks is a Senior Computational Microscopy Engineer at insitro, focusing on imaging and image analysis workflows to inform drug discovery through collaboration with scientists and engineers. Previously, Rachel worked as a Scientist at Chan Zuckerberg Biohub SF, investigating organogenesis in zebrafish with advanced imaging techniques. Earlier experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Scholar and PhD Candidate at Caltech, where Rachel earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Biophysics at the University of Pennsylvania.
