Roey Baror

Roey Baror is a seasoned professional in the field of neuroscience with extensive experience in academic and industry settings. Currently serving as an Associate Director at insitro since June 2020, Baror has previously held various positions including Senior Scientist, Scientist II, and Scientist I at the same company. Prior to insitro, Baror worked as a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at UCSF Medical Center from September 2018 to June 2020 and as a Research Associate and PhD student at the University of Cambridge from October 2013 to September 2018, where a Doctor of Philosophy in Neuroscience was obtained. Earlier career experiences include a role as a Technical Writer for the international bidding team at Roboteam Inc. and participation in the QA team at ODF Optronics. Educational credentials also include a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology, with a focus on Neuroscience, from Tel Aviv University, completed in 2012.
