Bill Taylor is the Chief Science Officer at InSitu Biologics. Bill has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles in the biotech industry.

Most recently, Bill was the Senior Project Manager at PDL BioPharma, where they were responsible for leading a team of 100+ employees in the construction, commissioning, and validation of a new $200 million manufacturing facility. Bill also led cross-functional teams in technology transfer activities, commercial product assays, process column manufacturing, reagent manufacturing processes, and process improvement for a $60 million clot buster product.

Prior to PDL BioPharma, Bill worked at Roche, Centocor, and several other biotech companies. Bill has a proven track record of successful technology transfer projects, process improvement initiatives, and budget management.

Bill holds a degree in Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.

Bill Taylor studied chemical engineering and biology at the University of Minnesota. After graduating with a BS, they pursued a career in biology and English at the University of Minnesota-Morris.

Their manager is Kevin Bassett, President & CEO. They are on a team with Mark Ereth - Chief Medical Officer, Kevin Barrett - Chief Operating Officer.
