Maksim Tselpanov

Maksim Tselpanov has over 12 years of work experience in the field. Maksim started their career in 2007 as a Development Specialist and Paid Customer Support Specialist at Elion Enterprises Ltd. In 2012, they moved to Eesti Telekom Ltd as a Development Manager. In 2017, they joined Telia as an E-Channel Business Manager where they were responsible for the performance and ROI of Telia's B2C self-service and raised the number of active users in Telia's digital self-service environments, which helped reduce information and technical inquiry phone calls by 60%. Currently, they are working as a Product Owner at Insly.com.

Maksim Tselpanov attended Tallinn University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Automotive Engineering. Maksim also attended University of Tartu from 2005 to 2008.
