Bart Gradek (Bartosz)

Bart Gradek has a diverse work experience starting from 2008 to the present. Bart (Bartosz) is currently an Associate Director of IT Change Management at Insmed Incorporated, where they began in 2023. Prior to this, Bart worked at Cerner Corporation where they held multiple roles including Engagement Executive, Lead Organizational Change Consultant, Senior Organizational Change Consultant, Senior Process Architect, Senior Engagement Leader, and Senior Consultant. Bart also has experience as a Business Information Specialist at ZS and as an Implementation Consultant at Siemens Healthineers. Bart (Bartosz) began their career as a Business Process Designer/Analyst at Gainesville Regional Utilities in 2008.

Bart Gradek has a strong educational background in both management and information technology. Bart (Bartosz) obtained their Master's degree in Management from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology at George Mason University - College of Engineering and Computing from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Bart Gradek has also pursued several additional certifications. Bart (Bartosz) obtained the Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in October 2020. In September 2014, they acquired the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
