Christian Malias

Christian Malias is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and consulting industries. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Compliance Program Development at Insmed Incorporated since October 2025, Christian previously held roles at Sage Therapeutics, including Associate Director of Compliance Monitoring & Operations and Senior Manager of Compliance Operations, Monitoring, & Systems from December 2022 to September 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Global Corporate Compliance Manager at Adaptimmune and various roles at Potomac River Partners, where Christian progressed from Analyst to Consultant. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from George Mason University. Additionally, Christian demonstrated leadership as a three-year team captain of the NCAA Division 1 Men's Volleyball team at George Mason University, culminating in a conference championship and participation in the NCAA Final Four.
