Dana Hawley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. They played a key role in driving organizational change, designing user-centric workplaces, developing talent and diversity strategies, and managing HR processes. Earlier in their career, Dana worked at Solix Inc. as an HR Business Partner and Manager in the areas of benefits, staff development, and general HR administration.
Dana Hawley received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Dana attended the college from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Fairleigh Dickinson University between 2007 and 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained various certifications such as a Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in May 2018, an SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in December 2015, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in January 2012.
