Jeff Bakker

Jeff Bakker has over 20 years of work experience, with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Jeff is currently working as a Senior Director HCP Marketing at Insmed Incorporated since 2023. Prior to this, Jeff worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Director Of Marketing, PAH from 2019 to 2023. During their time there, they successfully led a patient-first organization and achieved double-digit growth, market share leadership, and over $1 billion status for major treatments. Jeff also has experience at Novo Nordisk as a European, Biopharm Director, where they led cross-functional teams and drove significant growth. Jeff has held various leadership roles at Shire, Baxalta, and Baxter BioScience, where they contributed to regional marketing efforts, led new product launches, and managed business units.
