John Sam

John Sam has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. John started their career as an Intermediate Programmer at Panasonic, where they were responsible for implementing the company's first online consumer storefront. John then worked at Novartis for over a decade, holding various roles including Systems Analyst and Associate Director. During their time at Novartis, they played a key role in introducing and establishing Veeva CRM for Oncology and GenMeds, as well as leading a Master Data Management and Commercial Data Warehouse initiative for the US. After Novartis, John joined Accenture as a Senior Manager in the CRM group, where they focused on implementing sustainable solutions and advancing clients' CRM vision. John then worked at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, leading a project to launch a new technology called Veeva PromoMats. After that, they joined Capgemini Invent as a Director in Service Delivery, where they managed specialty channel insight solutions for pharmaceutical clients. John'smost recent positions include working as an Associate Director at Axtria - Ingenious Insights and currently, as a Director at Insmed Incorporated, where they are responsible for Enterprise IT Program and Portfolio Management. John Sam's education history includes an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, obtained from 2007 to 2010.
