Lance Ruble

Lance Ruble is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry, specializing in rare diseases and orphan drugs. Currently serving as an Executive Therapeutic Specialist at Insmed Incorporated since August 2020, Lance focuses on selling Arikayce for Mycobacterium avium complex lung disease. Previously held the position of Rare Disease Territory Manager at Harmony Biosciences, where the launch and sale of Wakix for EDS and Narcolepsy were the primary responsibilities.
