Liam Delaunay

Liam Delaunay is a Chemistry Lab Manager for Insmed, where they currently oversee laboratory operations. They graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge and began their career as a self-employed A-Level tutor before working as an R&D Scientist at MIP Diagnostics Ltd. In 2021, Liam took on the role of Laboratory Section Manager at the UK Biocentre, where they managed a team of up to 80 operatives while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. They have developed strong skills in communication and technical expertise, particularly in process troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
