Mariela Pochon

Mariela Pochon has over 15 years of work experience in human resources and organizational development roles. Mariela is currently working at Insmed Incorporated as the Senior Director of Human Resources for the EMEA region. Prior to this, they were the EMEA HR Director at Insmed.

In 2019, Mariela worked at Autolus Ltd. as the Director of Organizational Development. Before that, they were an Organizational Development Consultant at Lonza, Debiopharm, Celgene from 2018 to 2018.

In 2017, Mariela took a career break to travel the world.

Mariela Pochon has a diverse education history. Mariela attended Escola Graduada Americana in Sao Paulo, Brazil from 1986 to 1990. Afterwards, they continued their middle school education at Carmel Middle School in Charlotte, NC, USA from 1990 to 1994. Mariela then attended Ecole Secondaire du Mail in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, earning their Middle School diploma from 1994 to 1998. Subsequently, they attended Lycée Jean Piaget in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, where they obtained their baccalauréat in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General from 1998 to 2001.

In 2002, Mariela pursued higher education, completing the spring semester at Florida State University. During the same year, they enrolled at the University of Geneva to study economics and social sciences. Mariela also earned a diploma in Operational Management and Human Resources from the CEFCO: Centre de Formations Commerciales from 2004 to 2005.

Moving forward, Mariela pursued a Master's Degree in Social Science from the Université de Neuchâtel from 2004 to 2006. Finally, in 2009 to 2010, they attended London Metropolitan University, where they earned a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management.
