Antonia Mottironi

Antonia Mottironi is an experienced attorney and founder of Ardenter Law, established in October 2021, specializing in complex dispute resolution, asset tracing, recovery, and international crime. Currently serving as the Country Coordinator for Switzerland at INSOL Europe since August 2023, Mottironi focuses on enhancing relationships between local associations and promoting membership growth. Additionally, Mottironi has been a member of the Steering Committee of IWIRC Europe since March 2021, contributing to the advancement of women in the restructuring and insolvency sectors. Previously, Mottironi held various positions including Counsel and Senior Associate at Monfrini Bitton Klein, and Associate Lawyer at Lenz & Staehelin. Mottironi's educational background includes multiple law degrees from the University of Geneva and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Lausanne.
