Brent Chu

Brent Chu is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Insomnia Cookies since November 2024, Brent previously held the same position at La Colombe Coffee Roasters from 2022 to 2024 and served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Claire's from 2020 to 2022. Brent's career also includes significant roles at Ferrara Candy Company, Aon Hewitt, PepsiCo, Kraft Foods, and Sears, Roebuck and Co., where Brent progressed through increasing levels of responsibility in finance, planning, and analysis. Brent holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
