Ross Festenstein

Ross Festenstein is a Sync & Licensing Manager at Insomniac Events since March 2022, previously serving as Licensing Manager at Monstercat from November 2018 to March 2021, where responsibilities included negotiating sync licensing deals and managing relationships with various stakeholders. Between April 2013 and April 2016, Ross held the position of Manager at Three Six Zero Group, overseeing the careers of prominent musicians and coordinating complex projects with multiple teams. Ross has a robust background in project management and marketing strategy, highlighted by successful promotions, including Duke Dumont’s Platinum single "Ocean Drive" and 3LAU’s breakout single "How You Love Me." Ross holds a BSBA in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, and Graphic Design from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
