Jose Andrades

The company's IT Manager, Jose, provides technical guidance and support to clients, whether it’s assisting them with initial equipment setup, virus removal, software updates, or troubleshooting hardware or software.

Jose has over 10 years of expertise in support environments, assisting both employees and customers with technical issues. His experience is highly varied as prior to joining Insource, Jose worked as an Advanced Computer Technician / Double Agent for the Best Buy Geek Squad. He is passionate and highly knowledgeable about computer systems, setting up user accounts, solving hardware and software issues, and implementing IT policies.

Jose holds an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Science from Quincy College, MA, having graduated Magna Cum Laude.
