Julie Joyce is currently the Chief People Officer at InSource Solutions. Julie has over 20 years of experience in human resources, and has held senior positions at Wachovia Securities and HR Partner, LLC. Julie is also a past Chair of the Board at Leadership Metro Richmond. Julie has a proven track record of developing and aligning HR strategies with growth strategies to achieve the best results for their clients.

Julie Joyce has a BS in Business Administration and Management, General from East Carolina University. Julie also has a certification from HRCI in SPHR.
