Richard Hinkle has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Richard started their career at Sankyo Robotics in 1997 as a Lead Applications Engineer and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2005, Richard worked at Tyco Safety Products: Sensormatic as a Manufacturing and Design Engineer. In 2005, they joined Control Micro Systems as a Senior Software Engineer for a brief period of time. In 2006, Richard joined Cross Automation as a Field Account Manager and worked there until 2012. Since 2012, they have been working at InSource Solutions, initially as an Account Executive and later transitioning to the role of Client Success Advocate. Currently, Richard holds the position of Client Success Advocate, Enterprise Accounts at InSource Solutions.

Richard Hinkle has a strong background in Mechanical Engineering. Richard obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education and achieved a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Robotics from the University of Florida, from 1994 to 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Richard Hinkle has acquired various certifications in the field. Richard earned the certification in "What’s New in AVEVA™ InTouch HMI 2023" from AVEVA in April 2023. Richard gained proficiency in "Getting Started with AVEVA™ Insight" in August 2022. Furthermore, they completed the certification in "Software Licensing Overview Rev B" from AVEVA in April 2022. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to enhancing their skills and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in their field.
