Mark A. Kramer

Mark A. Kramer is the President of Media-Comm and serves as the Executive Vice President of Media Operations and Technology Services at INSP, LLC. With expertise in negotiating television network service agreements and managing substantial production contracts, Mark efficiently handled a $70M contract for the SPEED Channel. Previously, Mark held the position of Marketing Services Administrator at Castle Rock Entertainment, where they directed the production of marketing materials and coordinated press activities for major film projects. Mark’s career in television also includes roles as Associate Production Manager at Ralph Edwards Productions, where they coordinated productions for numerous syndicated episodes. Mark holds a BS in Communications with a focus on Broadcasting from Appalachian State University.
