Emmy Lewis

Emmy Lewis has worked in various roles since 2007. Emmy began their career as a Teacher at Levi Elementary School in Teach For America, where they achieved a statistically significant impact on student achievement. In 2011, they became the Founding Dean of Curriculum and Instruction at RePublic Schools. In 2012, they were the Director of Persistence & National STEM Coach at CFES Brilliant Pathways, where they built and strengthened a mentorship network in partnership with Ernst & Young. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Teach For America in various roles, including Manager, Teacher Leadership and Development and Managing Director, Staff Communications Strategy. In 2020, they joined InSpace Proximity as Founding Team Member & Chief of Staff.

Emmy Lewis attended Saint Michael's College from 2003 to 2007, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Classical Languages: Latin & Greek.
