Arjan Kooij

Arjan Kooij is a seasoned cloud consultant and engineer with extensive experience in the information technology and services industry, currently serving as a Cloud Consultant/Engineer for ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since May 2023, focusing on Azure platform networking. Kooij has also taken on interim roles as a product owner for core networking services in ABN AMRO’s Azure Platform and provides consultancy through Arjan Kooij Consultancy. Previous roles include Azure Cloud Consultant/Engineer for the City of The Hague and various positions at InSpark, where responsibilities included DevOps consulting, product development, and automation of Azure deployments. Kooij's career has spanned several organizations including Microsoft, where a focus was placed on cloud and infrastructure competencies, as well as holding roles such as Enterprise Information Technology Architect and Senior Consultant for multiple organizations. Kooij holds a degree in Computer Science from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
