Vishrut Malhotra

Vishrut Malhotra is the CEO and Co-Founder of Rexera, formerly known as InspectHOA, since January 2020, focusing on accelerating real estate transactions. Prior to this, Vishrut held the position of Vice President at AQR Capital Management from June 2013 to June 2019, where responsibilities included portfolio management and global asset allocation. Earlier experience includes an Associate role at BlackRock from August 2010 to June 2013 and a Summer Internship at Helion Ventures in April 2009. Additionally, Vishrut worked as a Senior Software Engineer at TVWorks, a Comcast Corporation subsidiary, from January 2004 to June 2008. Vishrut holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and has completed the Financial Risk Manager program from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Vishrut has also passed all three levels of the CFA and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Western University.
