Stephanie Cook

Stephanie Cook has held a variety of roles in the past 18 years. In 2021, they became the Vice President of Operations at Inspectify. Prior to that, they served as a Board Member for Businesses Ending Slavery and Trafficking (BEST) in 2020. Stephanie was also the Vice President of Operations at TransWest Transportation in 2020. From 2015 to 2020, they were the Head of Driver Service Operations, Senior Manager of Pacific Northwest Operations, and Seattle Operations Manager at Lyft. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Senior Project Manager of Customer Experience for Amazon Campus, Manager of Worldwide Operations Learning Solutions, Learning and Development Manager of Worldwide Operations and Customer Service, and Senior Leadership Development Specialist at Amazon. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Training and Development Manager at AAA Washington. From 2006 to 2009, they were the Corporate Training Manager at PACCAR. In 2004, they were the Program Coordinator of Experiential Learning at Executive Edge. Finally, in 2003, they were the HR Executive Team Lead at Target.

Stephanie Cook has a MEd in Adult Education and Training from Seattle University and a BA in Interpersonal Communication from Kent State University. Stephanie also holds certifications from The Johns Hopkins University (COVID-19 Contact Tracing, 2020), Korn Ferry Products (PDI Ninth House PROFILOR® 360, 2012), Legacy Business Cultures (Increasing Human Effectiveness, 2008), The Effectiveness Institute (People Skills, 2007), and The Ken Blanchard Companies (Situational Leadership II, 2006).
