Allyson Wong Yu Shiong

Allyson Wong Yu Shiong, Ph.D has several years of experience in quality assurance and automation engineering. Allyson currently holds the role of Senior QA Automation Engineer at Inspectorio since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Inspectorio as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer from December 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Inspectorio, Allyson worked at Yopeso, where they held various roles. Allyson was a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer from September 2021 to December 2021 and a Mobile Automation Engineer from September 2016 to August 2021. At Yopeso, they gained experience in web and mobile automation for different applications and sites, including a competition app/site in the UK and a dating site in the US. Allyson was involved in script development, bug reporting, test case management, and configuration of Jenkins pipelines for test automation. Allyson has expertise in technologies such as Codeceptjs, WebdriverIO, and Selenium, as well as proficiency in Javascript.

Allyson Wong Yu Shiong, Ph.D has a strong academic background in cognitive sciences and intelligent systems. Allyson obtained their Ph.D in Intelligent System from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) in the years 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they acquired their Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Sciences from the same institution, UNIMAS, during the years 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Allyson has also obtained several certifications to enhance their expertise. Allyson is a Certified Blockchain and Supply Chain Professional, obtained from the Blockchain Council in October 2022. Allyson has also earned the ISTQB® Certified Tester - Foundation Level certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in December 2020. Furthermore, they completed the Machine Learning for Microsoft Azure Scholarship Challenge provided by Udacity in July 2020.
