Ana Paula Martinez

She is a partner at Levy & Salomão Advogados. She was director of the Department of Economic Protection and Defense/Economic Law Secretariat of the Ministry of Justice (2007-2010). She was associated with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, in Brussels, consultant to the World Bank, UNCTAD and the governments of Colombia and Chile on competition issues. He is a member of the ETHIC Intelligence Compliance Programs Certification Committee, the Advisory Board of the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies at Harvard University in Brazil, the International Advisory Board of the Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies at Loyola University Chicago, and the body of arbitrators of BM&F Bovespa/B3. He is licensed to practice law in Brazil and New York. Author of several books and articles, as well as award winner, in the areas of competition and anti-corruption. She holds a bachelor's degree, master's and doctorate in Law from USP and a master's degree in Law from Harvard.
