Adyna Akins

Adyna Akins is an experienced professional with over three decades in organizational development and employee relations. Currently serving as Manager of Performance Improvement at Insperity since October 2011, Adyna leads a team of advisors to coach leadership and teams in achieving business goals. Prior experience includes a role as Product Consultant at Development Dimensions International, where effective training and development interventions were proposed and implemented for Fortune 500 clients. Adyna began a career at PepsiCo - Frito Lay as an Employee Relations Generalist, providing support for major sales divisions. Adyna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication and Marketing from The University of Southern Mississippi and has also completed the Story Skills Workshop, earning a certificate from Seth Godin's Akimbo Workshops.
