Alaina Rivas

Alaina Rivas has extensive experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and HR Services, currently serving as Vice President of Shared Services at Insperity since June 2008. Rivas is responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of Traditional Employment Operations, focusing on vendor and product management, performance improvement, data insights, and compliance. Previously, Rivas held various leadership roles within Insperity, including Managing Director and Director across multiple service areas. Prior experience includes the position of National Corporate Talent Acquisition Recruiter/Sourcing Consultant at Advantage Staffing. Rivas holds a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of New Orleans and has also studied at Universität Innsbruck.
