Amy Bradford

Amy Bradford, CEBS, currently serves as the Managing Director of Health & Welfare Products & Support at Insperity, where responsibilities include defining product line strategy, business plans, and managing a team of product managers. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions at TechnipFMC, including Benefits Manager, where design and administration of strategic benefit and wellness programs were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes a role as Sr. Benefits Manager at The Shaw Group, overseeing benefit plans for a large employee base, and a lengthy tenure as VP - Benefits Manager at Stewart Title. Amy contributed to the Houston Business Coalition on Health as a board member from 2018 to 2022. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown.
