David Wayner

David Wayner has amassed extensive experience in service operations and management, holding various leadership roles at Insperity from September 2013 to the present, including General Manager and Managing Director. Prior to that, David spent over a decade at Paychex, starting as a Risk Management Specialist and advancing to Branch Manager in Houston, where oversight included operations for a team of seventy and accountability for a $25 million P&L. David's expertise encompasses operational improvements, risk management, and team leadership, backed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from the University of Houston-Victoria and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Finance from SUNY Geneseo.
