Prior roles include General Manager, Customer & Transformation and General Manager, Customer Experience at Canon New Zealand from January 2017 to July 2020, where responsibilities encompassed strategy execution, technology investment, and digital transformation. Skye has also served as Head of Customer Experience at Genesis Youth Trust and Country Manager at Converga Ltd, leading operations and strategic initiatives in New Zealand. Additionally, Skye holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney, completed in 2013.
