Kate Flood

Kate Flood is an experienced professional in client relations and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Client Liaison at Insperity since September 2018. In this role, Kate focuses on aligning service needs with business plans and enhancing client satisfaction to drive retention and growth. Prior to this position, Kate held roles as a Corporate Recruiting Specialist at Insperity and a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Lucas Group, where full-cycle recruiting responsibilities were managed. Additional experience includes working as an Account Executive at Canon Solutions America and an Account Manager at Par-Pak. Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from St. Ambrose University.
