Kristen Doss

Kristen Doss, PMP, has extensive experience in product management and business systems across various organizations. Currently a Product Manager at Insperity since January 2011, Kristen has held multiple senior analyst roles within the company, specifically focusing on Human Capital Management and innovative technology systems. Prior to Insperity, Kristen served as Vice President of Business Systems Management at Morgan Stanley, managing teams and integrating processes following significant mergers. Additionally, experience includes positions at Van Kampen Investments and Ernst & Young Consulting, where Kristen contributed to software development, operational efficiency, and business process improvements. Kristen holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Texas State University.
