Leslie Lockhart is an experienced professional in HR and business operations, currently serving as an Account Executive for Middle Market Solutions at Insperity since October 2021, after holding the position of Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to this, Leslie was Vice President and Partner for North America at Applica from 2019 to 2021 and the Director of Talent Acquisition at Insperity from 2017 to 2019, where leadership was provided to support over 13,000 clients across various industries. Leslie’s career began at Airswift, where roles included Alaska Regional Director, US Regional Director, and Talent Acquisition Director from 2007 to 2017. Education was completed at Houston Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, featuring a double major in Speech Communication and Mass Communication/Media Studies.
