Michael Pessetti

Michael Pessetti is an experienced sales executive with a strong background in human capital management and organizational performance. Currently serving as the Director of Human Capital Management Sales and previously as the Director of Sales at Insperity since April 2016, Michael oversees all retail sales activities related to Insperity's technology offerings. Prior to this, Michael held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales for Insperity Performance and Organizational Management and VP of Sales and Marketing at SalesPage Technologies, where responsibility included driving sales and fostering strategic alliances. Michael began a career in banking as a Business Process Improvement Analyst at National City Bank after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kalamazoo College.
