Niky Smith

Niky Smith is a seasoned professional in emergency management and communications, currently serving as Manager of the Contact Center at Insperity since November 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at Cypress Creek EMS from January 2011 to November 2020, where roles included Director and Communications Center Manager, overseeing 911 dispatch operations for multiple agencies and managing over 80,000 calls annually. Additional experiences encompass positions in preparedness at SETRAC, as a Special Needs Planner at the Harris County Office of Emergency Management, and as Communications and Mobility Center Supervisor at Texas Medical Center Police and Security Services. Niky Smith is an alum of the University of Houston/Downtown Police Academy.
