Shari Cheney is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR program management and employee integration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Representative at Insperity since November 2020, Shari delivers customized HR services, reviews client HR practices, and identifies risk areas. Previously, Shari worked at EY as an Orientation Program Manager, overseeing the implementation of a centralized orientation program for new hires, and held various roles at Accenture, including Integration Business Partner and Onboarding and Orientation Lead for North America, where Shari managed onboarding for significant numbers of employees and addressed client and staffing challenges.
