Sherry Waters

Sherry Waters has extensive experience in operations management and strategic planning, currently serving as Vice President of Field Operations at Insperity since July 2001. Previously, Sherry was the General Manager of the Central Service Region and Director of Service Operations within the same organization. From 1994 to 2001, Sherry held the position of Vice President and General Manager at Staffing Services, Inc., a Dallas-based staffing firm, overseeing recruiting, placement, sales, and financial management. Sherry began their career at Norrell Services as a Regional Service Manager from 1984 to 1994. Sherry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Administrative Management from the University of North Texas, earned between 1979 and 1983.
