Tanya Phelps SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Service Operations at Insperity since September 2013, Tanya has previously held roles such as Senior HR Business Partner, collaborating with executive clients across diverse industries. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Fly-Chicks, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering teen girls, Tanya emphasizes the importance of providing resources and support for young women.
