Thomas Laird currently serves as the Student Pastor at HighPoint Fellowship Church in Splendora, TX, beginning in May 2023. In addition, Thomas has been with Insperity since January 2020, progressing from Payroll Specialist to Payroll Inter-Team Specialist, providing compliance and payroll operations expertise to over 110 businesses nationwide. As a Child Ambassador with World Vision since 2015, Thomas advocates for vulnerable children through sponsorship. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Bug Police Pest Control, Training Director at Chick-fil-A Valley Ranch, Field Evaluation Specialist at Natural State Pest Control, and Sales and Service Technician at Myles Pest Services. Thomas pursued studies at The King’s University from 2015 to 2016.
