Ollie Martin

Ollie Martin began their work experience in 2005 as an Engineering Teacher at Norton Radstock College, where they taught a range of learners and developed a higher level program. In 2008, they became a Service Engineer for Heraeus Kulzer, providing technical service and support for Induction Casting machines in the South of England. In 2009, they joined the University of Bath as a Metrology Research Engineer and later became the Metrology Assisted Assembly (MAA) Hub Coordinator. In 2014, Ollie co-founded INSPHERE Ltd and served as the Chief Technology Officer, leading the technical strategy, product development, and the technical team. Ollie also played a key role in the ground-up development of a complex hardware/software product. Currently, Ollie holds the position of Technical Fellow & Non-Exec Director at INSPHERE Ltd.

Ollie Martin's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at the University of Leeds and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics in 2005. Following that, they attended Bath Spa University from 2005 to 2007, where they completed a Professional Graduate Certificate in Education with a focus on Lifelong Learning. Later, Ollie pursued a higher level of education at the University of Bath from 2009 to 2015. During this time, they achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Metrology Enabled Tooling for the Assembly of Aero-Structures. It is worth mentioning that there is no specific information regarding when Ollie Martin obtained the certification of CEng MIMechE from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
