Carolyn McCloud Arabolos has extensive experience in the health and benefits sector, currently serving as Head of Health & Benefits Operations at Inspira Financial since January 2024. Prior to this role, Carolyn held several leadership positions at Aetna, including Director of HSA Financial Operations. During a tenure at PayFlex® from June 2017 to February 2024, Carolyn advanced through various roles, including Executive Director of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Director of Core Operations & Continuous Improvement, as well as Senior Director of Financial Operations. Carolyn's career with PayFlex, an Aetna company, began in 2005, culminating in the position of Director of Funding Operations for Consumer Accounts. Carolyn holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Management from Patten University.
