Kathryn Friedman

Kathryn Friedman serves as the Manager of Employee Health and Wellness at Inspira Health since February 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in health and wellness. Prior to this role, Friedman worked as a Wellness Coach at Ramp Health from January 2022 to March 2024 and as a Lifestyle Coach for VHWF from October 2021 to September 2022. Earlier in the career, Friedman held the position of Director of Food Access Programs at Virtua Health and directed Integrative Health Care at Lourdes Health System for nearly two decades. Friedman's early career includes a role as a Holistic Health Counselor at Pike Creek Health Club. Educational background includes certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and degrees from Penn State University and Immaculata University in Health Planning & Administration and Food & Nutrition, respectively.
