Sarah W. Simmons

Sarah W. Simmons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and recruitment. Currently serving as Executive Operations Manager at Inspira Marketing Group since October 2014, Sarah also holds the position of Chapter Director for the Greenwich Gold Chapter at YPO since September 2021. In early 2023, Sarah contributed to Diageo's Pilot Program as Manager of Customer Collaboration & Growth Planning, an engagement contracted through Inspira Marketing. Prior roles include Property Manager at Villa Ridge LLC from 2011 to 2018, Director of US Campus Recruiting & Training at Deutsche Bank from 1996 to 2004, and AVP of Campus Recruiting at Lehman Brothers between 1990 and 1996. Sarah holds a BA in Business Management from Ithaca College and attended The Ethel Walker School.
